In addition, Viettel Post's NOC system helps management levels to identify "weaknesses" in each service stage to make timely decisions to shorten operation time, improve service quality and prevent prevent unexpected incidents. Before the NOC system, every day, Viettel Post's operation department needed to work continuously with raw data sources in large quantities, which caused inadequacies in terms of time and accuracy of data. number.
